Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor who is known for her work in various genres in film television and stage. She was awarded numerous awards including one of them being a Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Her first role was as twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap drama Another World from 1987-1991. She was awarded one Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the second half of the 1990s when she appeared in the crime drama film Donnie Brasco (1997) the disaster film Volcano (1997) the movie with a slasher theme I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) as well as the political satire film Wag the Dog (1997) the action-comedy movie Six Days Seven Nights (1998) and the thriller drama Return to Paradise (1998). Anne Lockhart is an American actor from the United States. She was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is famous for her part as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She is the daughter and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's career started from a young age. At age 4 Lockhart was in the role of T is for Tumbleweed. The short film about the topic received a nomination from Oscar Awards. She spent time with her mother on the set, where she was taught about the workings of the industry. Lockhart also appeared in several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory was her debut movie in 1972. At age 18 she played one of the daughters Joan Crawford in 1972 television show The Sixth Sense. Joan Crawford's last role on stage. There is widespread belief that Anne was not interested in the role of Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's 1978 movie, Halloween. Jaime Lee Curtis was given the part. Carpenter says that Anne rejected his proposal to perform the role of Laurie Strode. Anne does not remember being approached by John Carpenter nor being offered the role. It is possible that one of her representatives declined the role on her behalf without notifying her. Glen Larson, who had written a rough script for her role that she would perform in the television program Battlestar Galactica from 1978, first chose her. Her initial rejection was as the character wasn't that strong. Glen created to play a more strong character in Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted when she was able to read the initial 25 page script. It ran for just one season. She co-starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the film Joyride (1977) as well as co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty in the horror movie The Dark Tower (1987).
